Heading to Badwater!
I am so excited to be crewing again at Badwater. It really is one of the coolest races, and crewing is so much fun. If anyone ever asks you to crew, jump at the opportunity – it will be well worth it, I promise.
Got in a quick 10 miler this morning, because I have no idea how much running I will actually be doing this weekend. I just did a quick run to, and around, the Rose Bowl. It was packed. And lo and behold, in the middle of the crowd was a coyote! Very strange. He clearly wasn’t afraid of people or cars. Here you can see him getting ready to go onto the (very crowded) golf course.
Yesterday, I did some speedwork in the morning and then ran the stairs in my apartment building in the afternoon.
My reward – oooohhhweeee!!!
