What I Ate After My Run – Kung Pao Coleslaw

Kung Pao Coleslaw

My running is upside down today – short run in the morning and long run in the afternoon – because I have culinary school. No time, or need, for a heavy recovery meal, so I just had this Kung Pao Coleslaw. Weird at 7 am, but it worked 🙂 Happy Running!

I love weird food in the morning. My friend’s boyfriend says I eat “lunch for breakfast”. And I often eat sauerkraut on the side. Yum!

My motto is ‘If it’s good enough for dinner, it’s good enough for breakfast’. I don’t think it’s weird at all.
