After an up and down 20 miler, it was time for something hearty. I started thinking about Grits Griddle Cakes at about mile 14 and by the time I was done, decided I needed some meat, too.
The griddle cakes are GF, DF and Vegan, but the chili, well, it is definitely not vegan. But it’s worth it 🙂
