20 miles today – thank goodness! I’m really working at balancing the fun of being in a new place with staying disciplined. 8 miles to and from the Rose Bowl, 12 miles in the gym. Normally, I am not a fan of the gym, but I have been spending a lot of time on sidewalks, and my feet are feeling it. After running, I lifted, and will finish off with abs this evening. I am excited about developing a new training regimen. It’s always possible, regardless of your location. You just have to stay open, flexible, and committed. (I’m a big talker, huh?)
Dinner is gourmet burgers – green chile and cheese for Spencer, tomato and avocado for me, cheese and pickles for Grant. The boys want chocolate shakes, so we will have the full diner experience 🙂
Happy Running!
