After my last run, I took my shoes off quickly because the phone was ringing, and I never went back to put them away. This morning, when I went to get them, I found them like this. Clearly, they need a run every day, too – with or without me. Let’s just hope they can’t figure out how to unlock the door, or I might never seem them again.
