Run, Bike, Swim. Repeat

I couldn’t decide how to start my day – run first, bike second, or the other way around?  I pondered my options over a Texas-size cup of coffee.

A caffeine jolt is a great decision prompter.

Run or Bike?

I decided to run first, bike second.  Then swim this afternoon.  Really, I might have to have another cup of coffee when the time comes.  Too many choices.

First step

No, that is not a giant’s thigh.  It is the lighting.  I swear.  Or maybe the two pieces of cake I ate yesterday.  And the day before.  Did I mention I’m going to bike and swim later?

Beginning my run

Yes, I know it’s a little fuzzy, but so was my brain, so I didn’t notice.  The giant cup of coffee hasn’t kicked in yet.

Last "hill"

It’s steeper than it looks.  Okay, it’s not, but I’m also not as big as my shadow makes me look.  Sheesh!  Everything’s bigger in Texas. At least on film 🙂

Green Goo Smoothie

Yes, I know I’ve posted my recovery smoothie before, but I’m so in love with it, I’m posting it’s picture again.  I just like to watch how it goes from that …
